Crab Rolls

Tender crab meat served with a crunch of veggies and a dash of pepper. These call for a great meal. You can whip these up for a picnic or brunch. They are light and tender and put a smile on your face. The crab meat melts in your mouth, followed by a hint of pepper and garlic. The creamy mayo helps the meat to shine. Serves: 4
Ingredients
170g Crab meat
½ cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Aioli
½ Lemon
1 tsp Black pepper
Salt to taste
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
Carrot slices
Radish slice
Chives
4 Brioche hotdog buns
Method
Step 1
Add crab meat, lemon juice, pepper, salt and garlic powder to a bowl and mix well. Add mayonnaise, aioli and tabasco sauce in a separate bowl and blend till smooth.
Step 2
Now add the sauce mixture to the meat and form a smooth paste. Stuff a hotdog bun with filling, and top it up with carrots, chives and radish slices.
Tips
The recipe works for fresh crab meat as well. I used canned.
You can adjust the seasoning accordingly.
You can use regular hotdog buns, but the sweet brioche compliments the crab meat.
