Dragon Fruit Muesli

If you love dragon fruit,

this recipe is a must-try for a healthy, hearty breakfast. The blend of greek yoghurt and dragon fruit gives a creamy, thick to hold the crunchy muesli. These cups can be made in large quantities and can be served as a beautiful side. You can make these on the go and still have a nutritious breakfast.

Serves: 4

Ingredients

1 cup Greek yoghurt

½ cup Dragon fruit

2 tbsp Vanilla sugar

1 tbsp Honey

Banana slices

Raspberry

Muesli


Method

Step 1

Add yoghurt, dragon fruit, vanilla sugar, and honey in a blender. Pulse 2-3 times. Take the dragon fruit yoghurt out of the blender, and Whisk the rest in a bowl.


Step 2

Add the dragon fruit yoghurt to tiny cups or bowls. Add banana slices and raspberries. Top with your favourite muesli and serve.


Tips

  1. Blend the dragon fruit just till all the fruit cubes is mixed in with the yoghurt

  2. You can adjust the amount of honey accordingly.

  3. Store in refrigerator if not serving immediately.
