Loaded S'mores Casserole

Ingredients
10-12 Scotch Fingers
1 cup Marshmallow
20g Milk Chocolate
20g Dark Chocolate
¼ cup slivered Almond
¼ cup Macedonian nuts
3-4 tbsp Chocolate fudge sauce
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175℃ on the grill setting. Then line a medium-size ceramic baking dish with scotch fingers. Then add marshmallows, almonds, Macedonian nuts, milk chocolate and dark chocolate to the dish.
Step 2
Now place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or till the marshmallows are sufficiently brown from the top. Take out the casserole and let it cool for 10-15 minutes. Then drizzle some hot chocolate fudge and serve.
Tips
You can use other biscuits; make sure they are thick enough.
Make sure not to burn the surface of the marshmallows. Keep a close eye.
You can also drizzle melted chocolate instead of the fudge sauce.
