Mexican Naan Pizza

A quick pizza treat loaded with Mexican flavours and mozzarella. The crusty, slightly charred naan holding enormous ingredients all come together to deliver a great meal. Make these for a game night or a lazy dinner; this pizza will taste great and keep you wanting more. This recipe ensures zero hard work for a delicious meal.
Serves: 6
Ingredients
500g Beef
1 tbsp All-purpose Seasoning
2 tsp Cayenne pepper
2 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Onion salt
2 tsp Mexican chilli
Salt to taste
2 sliced Jalapenos
½ sliced red Onion
½ cup chopped Butternut Squash
2 cups Pizza sauce
1 cup Sour cream
6 Naans
1 cup Mozzarella
Method
Step 1
Add the minced beef, all-purpose seasoning, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion salt, Mexican chilli and salt in a bowl. Mix well and then place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes or overnight.
Step 2
Add 2 tbsps of oil to a pan and place on medium heat. Once hot, add the marinated beef to the pan. Cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Break the chunks into smaller pieces.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 200℃. Spread ⅓ cup of pizza sauce and 2 tbsp of sour cream on a naan. Add jalapenos, onion slices, butternut squash and beef. Cover with mozzarella. Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4
Take it out of the oven, let it rest for 10-15 minutes, cut it into 4 pieces, and serve.
Tips
Marinating the beef brings out the flavour, don't skip this step.
While cooking the beef, keep a close eye on it, so you don't overcook the meat.
