Overnight Oats

Oats soaked, in turn, are soft and creamy, holding a beautiful texture. You can make these ahead of time and keep them in the refrigerator. Serves: 2
Ingredients
1 cup Oats
½ cup Coconut milk
½ cup Strawberry yoghurt
1 tbsp Tahini
1 mashed Banana
1 tbsp Vanilla extract
1 Banana
Banana Slices
Blackberries
Cherry Jam
Method
Step 1
In a bowl, mash your banana. Then add tahini, vanilla extract and strawberry yoghurt with all the ingredients. Now add oats and coconut milk. Combine everything into a thick paste.
Step 2
Cling wrap the bowl and place it in the refrigerator overnight. The following day takes the bowl out of the fridge and adds fresh banana slices, blackberries and cherry jam.
Tips
You can use fresh strawberries and greek yoghurt replacing strawberry yoghurt.
Use maple syrup to add sweetness if necessary.
