Papaya Coconut Slushie

Summer slushie made with a beautiful combination of papaya and coconut with a twist of spicy and zest of lime. This drink is hydrating and has countless health benefits. The chilli enhances the sweetness of the papaya, and the coconut water balances the acidic nature of the lime. With readily available ingredients, you can make this mouth-water slushie today.

Serves: 2

Ingredients

½ chopped Papaya

1 cup Coconut Water

½ Lime

Sugar to Taste

¼ tsp Chilli powder

2-3 Large Ice cubes


Method

Step 1

Add papaya, coconut water, sugar, chilli powder, and ice cubes in a blender. Squeeze the lime over all the ingredients.

Step 2

Now place the lid over the blender and blend till smooth. Then serve in a glass chilled.


Tips

  1. You can adjust the amount of sugar according to taste.

  2. Try using ripe papaya for the best results

  3. You can replace chilli powder with a drop of tabasco.
