Pear Banana Shake

This milkshake is dedicated to all the people who love winter flavours and miss them during the summer season. This milkshake is made with spiced milk and fresh fruits. It's thick, sweet and has unique flavours. The spiced milk adds dimensions to the milkshake. Give this a try. You won't forget the taste.

Serves: 2

Ingredients

2 cups Milk

1 whole Cinnamon

2 tsp Cinnamon powder

1 Star Anise

2 Cloves

1 tbsp Brown sugar

1 Pear chopped

1 Banana chopped


Method


Step 1

Add milk, cinnamon stick, cinnamon powder, star anise, cloves and sugar to a pan. Stir well and place on medium heat. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 7-10 minutes or till reduced to half. Stir occasionally.


Step 2

Then take off the heat and let it cool down to room temperature. Then place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or overnight.


Step 3

Then in a blender, place banana, pear and spiced milk. Blend until a smooth paste and serve into a glass; sprinkle some cinnamon and chill.


Tips

  1. While malting the milk, it's essential to stir the milk to avoid burning it.

  2. Rest the milk overnight for the best results.
