These cookies are gooey, chewy and taste like heaven. They are stuffed with all three kinds of chocolate and a surprise burst of white chocolate cubes in the centre of the cookie. These cookies bring comfort and joy. They are super easy to bake and use readily available ingredients. Bake these for your loved ones or just for yourself!

Serves: 6

Ingredients

1 cup Flour

½ tsp Baking soda

113g unsalted Butter

Pinch of Salt

1 Egg

1 tsp Vanilla extract

½ cup Brown sugar

¼ cup Granulated sugar

¼ cup Dark choc-chips

¼ cup Milk choco-chips

6 cubes White chocolate

Milk choco-chips

White choco-chips

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 160℃ and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Add butter and cream on medium speed to a bowl with a hand beater for 2-3 minutes or till fluffy. Then add brown sugar and beat till fully incorporated and doubles in size.

Step 2

Now add granulated sugar and beat till fully incorporated and doubles in size. Now crack in the egg, add vanilla extract, and beat until fully integrated. Wipe down the bowl and beat for another 30 seconds.

Step 3

Add sift flour, baking soda, and a pinch of salt into the bowl. Then beat on medium speed till all the ingredients are fully incorporated. Whip down the bowl and beat for another 30 seconds.

Step 4

Add dark choco-chips and milk choco-chips to the batter. With a rubber spatula, fold the chips and cling wrap the bowl. Place in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.

Step 5

Make 2-inch balls of dough and place 4 inches apart on the baking tray. Then add milk and white choco-chips to the balls and place in the oven to bake for 13-15 minutes or till the edges are crisp. Then take the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for 15-20 minutes and serve.

Tips

  1. Creaming butter and sugar together helps elevate the texture and taste of the cookies.

  2. For best results, rest the dough overnight.

  3. When placing dough balls on the tray, space them out.
