Ingredient
250g frozen Pineapple
120g frozen Banana
8-10 frozen Strawberries
¼ cup Nuts
4 tbsp Honey
1 ½ cup Coconut cream
Muesli
Coconut shreds
Method
Step 1
Add pineapple, strawberries, banana, honey, nuts and coconut cream in a blender Blend till smooth. Add to a cup/bowl, add fresh berries and coconut shreds and serve.
Tips
You can also use fresh fruit, but the smoothie's consistency might be thinner.
You can replace honey with maple syrup.
