Tropical Smoothie Bowl

A smoothie bowl filled with the goodness of fruits and nuts. A quick and easy recipe that delivers the perfect breakfast. A silky smooth smoothie that you slip away while running to work. Just throw all the ingredients in a blender and wait for the magic to happen. No more skipping breakfast in a hurry; make this smoothie on the run.

Serves: 2

Ingredient

250g frozen Pineapple

120g frozen Banana

8-10 frozen Strawberries

¼ cup Nuts

4 tbsp Honey

1 ½ cup Coconut cream

Muesli

Coconut shreds


Method

Step 1

Add pineapple, strawberries, banana, honey, nuts and coconut cream in a blender Blend till smooth. Add to a cup/bowl, add fresh berries and coconut shreds and serve.



Tips

  1. You can also use fresh fruit, but the smoothie's consistency might be thinner.

  2. You can replace honey with maple syrup.
